USAccess V7 and V8.1 Card Stock Inventory (Local Print Agencies)

Due to contractual quantity limitations, new V7 and V8.1 card stock orders may exceed the typical 18 week for V7, and 8 week for V8.1 delivery time frame. In the near-term, the MSO will work with Agencies that placed card stock orders to adjust the order quantities until the next shipment of card stock is received. Agencies are encouraged to use central print until the card stock shortage is alleviated.

USAccess Duplicate Record Deletion Policy

The MSO has finalized its USAccess Duplicate Record Deletion policy to outline when the MSO’s System Security Officer (SSO) will need to take action to remove duplicate applicant records from USAccess. When a duplicate is flagged by the system, the Agency’s assigned Agency Security Officer (ASO) must take action to identify the duplicate records, clear/confirm the record or mark the record for deletion.

There are two instances in which the ASO will not be able to mark records for deletion:

Service Enhancements

Changes/updates since last Blue Top

  • October 9-12, 2020: Release 19.0 was implemented in production. The final Release Notice is posted to the Agency Lead Portal and was sent out following implementation. Please note that MCU and LA workstations must be updated with the latest installers to maintain full functionality with Release 19.0.
  • November 7-8, 2020: Routine monthly maintenance was completed as scheduled.
