Card Stock Inventory Management Tool Functionality Restored

The USAccess Card Stock Inventory Management Tool (CSIMT) functionality is enabled again as of February 3, 2020. The Tool is now available for users with the Local Site Manager (LSM) or Agency Site Manager (ASM) role to place orders and check in V7 or V8.1 local print card stock.

The MSO has a variety of communication channels available to assist USAccess customer agencies. Lately, the USAccess Help Desk has been receiving increased calls from people without USAccess roles and customers asking for PIV card status updates.
