SIP Order Information

The MSO recently sent a communication to USAccess Agency Leads clarifying the purpose of SIP orders. SIP orders are required to authorize technical service for the Agency's SIP Connection. A SIP order allocates funds from the Agency's Interagency Agreement (IAA) to ensure funding is available to prevent service interruptions and acquire Perspecta’s SIP support services when necessary. Each Agency should determine the amount of funding to allocate to the SIP order based on their projected SIP support needs.
