Fair Opportunity and Ordering Guide Course

Welcome to the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Fair Opportunity and Ordering Guide (FOOG) training course.

The purpose of this course is to review the Fair Opportunity process as prescribed by the FAR to EIS Task Order solicitations.  The course consists of four modules and a final quiz.  Each module contains a short knowledge check to test your understanding.  The optional comprehensive final quiz is provided for those who wish to obtain a certificate of completion and earn two Continuous Learning Point (CLP) credits.

Agencies Can Now Access EIS Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) Training and Submit a Request for a DPA

Warranted contracting officers or an authorized official with authority to obligate funds for an agency may now request a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA). Visit https://gsa.gov/eis and click on Find out How to Request an EIS DPA.

 

Agencies are encouraged to begin this process as soon as possible in order to be prepared to conduct Fair Opportunity competitions under EIS.
