Draft Mass Modification- FAS Schedule 23V - Upcoming Refresh/Mass Mod for All GSA Schedules to Remove Fair Pay Clauses and Provisions

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is planning to refresh all GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) solicitations to remove clauses and provisions related to implementation of Executive Order (E.O.) 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces. Please see the “Significant Changes” attachment for an overview of the planned changes. GSA anticipates that the refresh will occur in November 2017. For vendors with contracts under Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) pilot schedules, refer to the TDR Pilot Schedule post for details on the planned refresh.

Schedule 23V & 751 Industry Meeting July 19, 2017

GSA Office of Travel, Trasportation and Logistics (TTL) Medium and Heavy Vehicle Branch (QMAAB) will conduct a virtual Industry Meeting for Schedules 23V (Automotive Superstore) and 751 (Leasing of Automobiles and Light Trucks) on July 19, 2017 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM Eastern Time via Meeting Space.  The goal of the Industry Meeting is to provide training on the GSA eOffer/eMod system.  In addition, we will set aside time to answer questions regarding the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Program in general or Schedules 23V and 751 specifically.

Schedule 23V & 751 Industry Meeting May 3, 2017

On May 3, 2107, Schedules 23V and 751 held an Industry Meeting to discuss Small Business Subcontracting Plans and the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS).  A presentation was given by Ms. Debbie Eble from GSA's Office of Small Business Utilization and she answered questions posed by vendors afterwards.

There will be an online Industry Meeting for Schedules 23v and 751 vendors held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM Eastern. The meeting will be approximate 1.5 hours long. A member of GSA's Office of Small Business Utilization will be presenting on following topics:

Small Business Subcontracting Plans
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS)

It is encouraged that any vendor who is required to submit subcontracting plans and eSRS reports attend this meeting.

Schedule 23V Automotive Superstore and Schedule 751 Leasing of Automobiles and Light Trucks are seeking feedback from our schedule contract vendors. We are interested in gathering information on which GSA contracting systems you would like to receive training. Please send a list of any GSA contracting systems that you have an interest in receiving training as well as any specific systems questions you may have to Bridget Duffy at bridget.duffy@gsa.gov.
