Full Service Workshop #2: Customers Served by GSA TDM-based PBX Systems -Recording Now Available

The Full Service Workshop #2 was held on January 10, 2018 and was recorded,  It specifically addressed customers with service provided from a GSA TDM PBX System. The workshop addressed what Agencies need to do if they are serviced by GSA, what support GSA provides the Agencies, and available resources.

Full Service Workshop #1 - Recording Now Available

 The Full Service Workshop held on December 14, 2017 addressed the various reporting capabilities available to agencies via the Transition Coordination Center. These reports will assist agencies in determining their full service inventory and facilitate with the transition to EIS.
