Regional Local Service Agreement Contract Extension Class Determination and Findings for Other Than Full and Open Competition

On May 27, 2015, GSA posted a Special Notice indicating the intent to extend, for up to five years, 65 Regional Local Service Agreement contracts.  This Notice publishes, in accordance with FAR 6.305,  the Class Determination and Findings for Other Than Full and Open Competition authorizing the contract extensions.

FedBizOpps Notice-GSA Regional Local Service Agreement Extension

This notice advises that General Services Administration (GSA) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, for continued performance for up to a five year period the 65 (sixty-five) Regional Local Service Agreement (LSA) contracts listed in the Notice.  The purpose of the extension period is to facilitate a smooth and carefully managed transition to the NS2020 Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contracts which are expected to be awarded in the fall of 2016.
