The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is planning to refresh all GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) solicitations to remove clauses and provisions related to implementation of Executive Order (E.O.) 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces. Please see the “Significant Changes” attachment for an overview of the planned changes. GSA anticipates that the refresh will occur in November 2017.
