The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), through the T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined Program, assists small business owners in growing their business, creating jobs, and strengthening their communities. T.H.R.I.V.E. stands for Train, Hope, Rise, Innovate, Venture, Elevate.

This intense 6-month executive level training series is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses in America’s underserved cities. The training provides small businesses the opportunity to work with experienced professionals at no financial cost.

Program Qualifications:

The Emerging Leaders Program is open to small business owners and executives that:

• Have been in business for at least 3 years.
• Have annual revenues of at least $250,000.
• Have at least one employee other than self.
