GSA Posts REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for the Next Generation Travel & Expense Solution

The General Services Administration recently released a Request for Information (RFI) on the upcoming  E-gov Travel Service (ETS) Next generation solution (ETSNext).

GSA seeks industry feedback on the RFI, which will help recommend the Future State business & operating model for Travel and Expense (T&E) services for the civilian federal government. GSA is looking to gather input on the degree of centralization the next T&E solution should incorporate.

The RFI is posted on SAM.gov, and will be available for review and comment until January 27, 2022.

Please note three separate notices to three separate NAICS codes have been used to post the RFI.  The three NAICS codes this opportunity is posted to are:

541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services

541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services

561599 - All Other Travel Arrangement and Reservation Services

The contents and RFI document are the same for each.
