Happy New Year! Ringing in the New Year is a time to reflect on the accomplishments of the previous year and make plans for the future. 2020 brought unprecedented challenges and the ICAM Division’s Managed Service Office (MSO) is thankful for your partnership and flexibility as we navigated fluid USAccess site closures and reopenings due to COVID-19. In 2021, we will focus on strategic priorities including the transition to v8.1 PIV cards, planning for the 2022 USAccess equipment refresh, and enhanced Desktop Rekey support. I am hopeful that this year will be even more successful, safe and productive.
