New GSA FAS ID Contractor Login Coming to eBuy on October 10th

Attention contractors: An exciting update is coming to GSA eBuy that aligns with the CyberSecurity National Action Plan and simplifies your access to the system. On Saturday, October 10, 2020, the eBuy contractor login is moving to a two-step, multi-factor authentication (MFA) process using GSA FAS ID - a secure, centralized identity management system that lets contractors access many GSA applications with one email and password.

GSA FAS ID was created as part of our overall IT modernization effort and has already been implemented on  the FAS Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), GSA Advantage Purchase Order Portal, GSA Vendor Portal, and the Mass Mod Portal. We plan to integrate it with eOffer and eMod by Spring 2021.

If you already have an established login for one of these systems and previously had access to GSA’s eBuy, you will not see any change to the way you login to the system (it’s “business as usual”). Users without an established GSA FAS ID will need to follow the procedures outlined in the system and register starting on October 10, 2020.

Upon implementation of the GSA FAS ID on eBuy, contractors will no longer login using a contract number and the password provided by the Vendor Support Center (VSC). Instead, each Point of Contact (POC) for a contract will need to login using your email address associated with the GSA FAS ID and password.
