As part of GSA’s service offerings, the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) provides Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) services to federal employees who work for Commissions and Boards (CABs). OCR processes discrimination complaints for employees who feel they have been discriminated against in the workplace.  For both the employer and employee, and if the need arises, it is important to know the process and key time limits associated with pursuing a discrimination complaint.

Shipping isn’t cheap! Carriers raise their shipping rates every year which can have an impact on commissions and boards’ operating budgets. GSA recently confirmed that all CABs customer organizations are eligible for reduced UPS, FedEx, and Polar Air Cargo rates under the Department of Defense’s Next Generation Delivery Services contract (“NGDS”).
