Transition to New SIP Production IP Addresses

The MSO and Perspecta are preparing to transition the USAccess system to new IP addresses as part of planned infrastructure work. No equipment will be transitioned; just the IP addresses used by the USAccess Service. GSA is updating these addresses for most of the service, however there is an action needed by Agencies if they use the USAccess SIP service.  The SIP Test and Staging IPs will be transitioned on June 28 and SIP Production IP will transition on August 3.

If Agencies utilize the SIP service, they must add these new SIP IP addresses to their Agency IT infrastructure in order to avoid issues using the service. If Agencies DO NOT utilize the USAccess SIP service, no action is required. An email was sent to Agency Leads on June 10, with planned follow up to SIP customers happening over the next few weeks.

NOTE: During the June 28 and August 3 transition maintenance windows, the SIP service may not be available as the IP addresses propagate. Additionally, on August 3, role holders may experience intermittent issues using the other USAccess Service portals as this is also when GSA is making their change. We do not anticipate it will take a long time, but if you experience issues, please log off and try again later.
