NOTE FOR Task Orders with 13 digits:

The general rule is that if it is a13 character task order that is awarded on a multiple award contract, then the 13 character delivery order number is used as the contract number in ECMRA.  Search for it in the contract search as it may already be in the system.  If it is there you will see it and there will be an arbitrarily assigned 4 character "order number."  If you do not see it in the system already, you will need to add it manually using the same logic as above.  The 13 character delivery order number will be the contract number in ECMRA and you can choose a 4 character order number to assign. Most companies use 0000.
