The OASIS team is pleased to inform you that the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories has issued a presolicitation notice to “On-Ramp” or add contractors to the existing OASIS Small Business (OASIS SB) Pool 1.
The GSA OASIS Program is planning to On-Ramp contractors to OASIS SB Pool 1, Pool 3 and Pool 4 to expand to a total of 500 contractors in those Pools. OASIS Unrestricted Pools 1 and 3 will be expanded to a total of 200 contractors in those Pools. OASIS SB Pool 4 will be expanded to 100 contractors. These number are estimates and subject to change; final numbers will be reflected in the final solicitations.
The On-Ramps will be released using a phased approach, beginning with Pool 1. Pool 1 is our most used Pool with the smallest size standard of $15 million. GSA anticipates this Pool will have the majority of industry base re-represent as other-than-small (per FAR 52.219-28) and will no longer be eligible to compete for task orders under this Pool come April 2019.
The presolicitation notice is available on FedBizOpps. The final solicitation will be available on or about September 9, 2018. The due date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation.
The services solicited under all OASIS contracts are classified by NAICS Subsector 541 for Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
