GSA Sunsets Program Management / Continuous Process Improvement (PM/CPI) Blanket Purchase Agreement

After careful evaluation, the U.S. General Services Administration’s Office of Professional Service and Human Capital Categories has decided to sunset the Performance Management/Continuous Process Improvement (PM/CPI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).


Since the BPA was established in 2013, GSA has enhanced or created additional contract vehicles including the Professional Services Schedules (PSS), the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) and the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contracts. The services previously available through the BPA (including strategic planning and performance management, strategic business analysis, process and performance improvement, communications and change management, and training, certification and recognition) can be acquired through one of these solutions. The attached fact sheet provides a summary of sources for PM/CPI services.


Key Sunset Facts:

  • Expires June 28, 2018
  • Orders may be issued through the expiration date
  • Existing Task Order Period of Performance may continue past the BPA expiration date
  • Existing Task Order Options may be exercised after the BPA expiration
  • Top 10 industry partners have all three PSHC contract vehicles
