IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SCHEDULE 75 HOLDERS INTERESTED IN THE GSA 4th PARTY LOGISTICS PROGRAM

On January 26, 2018, Refresh 25 under GSA Multiple Award Schedule 75 was posted to FedBizOpps.  Attachment 14 of this refresh, Section D, states the following:

  • Vendors CANNOT be on both 75-200/210 AND 75-220, be on both 75-200/210 AND 75-280, nor be on both 75-200/210 AND 75-220 AND 75-280.

Attachment 14 of this refresh, Section F, states the following:

  • Existing vendors on 75-200/210 that want to submit an offer for 75-220 or 75-280 will have to agree to cancel its legacy contract with SIN 75-200/210 in order to be awarded a contract with on 75-220 and/or 75-280 (see exception under business rule N).

The GSA Office of Acquisition Management, in support GSA Retail Operations, anticipates utilizing MAS 75 for future 4PL endeavors.  At this time, GSA anticipates that vendors who possess either SIN combination (either the combination of 75-200 & 210, OR,75-220 and/or 280), will be eligible to submit a quote under future 4PL RFQ’s.

This notice does not commit the Government to any future RFQ.
