Important Update for GSA’s TDR Pilot Schedules: Upcoming Refresh to Make Transactional Data Reporting Voluntary for Pilot Schedules

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is planning to refresh Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) pilot Schedule solicitations to make participation in the TDR pilot voluntary.  The solicitation refresh will also remove clauses and provisions related to implementation of Executive Order (E.O.) 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces.  Please see the “Draft Significant Changes” and “Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) Pilot Change to Voluntary Fact Sheet and FAQs” attachments for an overview of the planned changes.  GSA anticipates that the refresh will occur in October 2017.

GSA FAS will host a public webinar to provide interested parties an opportunity to learn about the planned changes and ask related questions.  The webinar will be in a listen-only format with the ability for participants to type questions via an online chat function.  Webinar information is provided below.

GSA FAS will issue a bilateral mass modification for existing contracts to remove clauses related to E.O. 13673 and make other applicable updates.  MAS contractors will have 90 days to accept the mass modification.

Vendors who were required to accept TDR  in order to receive a contract award, exercise of an option, or addition of a TDR SIN will be provided a one-time opportunity to opt out of TDR.  More information will be provided during the webinar noted above.

Please leave any questions or feedback as a comment on this posting, or email us at tdrteam@gsa.gov.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
