Hello Industry Partners,
The GSA BMO Team is pleased to announce that two draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) government-wide strategic sourcing contract vehicle Phase III (Zones 7-14) have been released on FedBizOpps.
We’d like to thank you for participating in the development process of these documents. The BMO Team considered your feedback to our earlier questions in developing the Unrestricted and Small Business Set Aside draft RFPs, both of which can now be viewed on FedBizOpps. These draft RFPs include requirements for future contractors, including:
Anticipated terms and conditions
Evaluation factors and their relative importance
Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW)
Questionnaire
Comments and feedback for both the Unrestricted and the Small Business Set Aside draft RFP will be accepted through March 8, 2017. Questionnaire responses will be accepted through March 15, 2017. Comments posted to the BMO Interact Page and those sent to the Contracting Officer (fssi.bmo@gsa.gov) will be considered in the development of the final RFPs for the following proposed zones:
Zone 7 - Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio
Zone 8 - Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee
