Multiple Award Schedule

The Coalition for Government Procurement (CGP) recently reached out to FAS with a list of recommendations and thoughts on considering offers for "Evergreen Contracts" approaching the end of their 20-year period.  In the interest of transparency and openness we are sharing both the CGP's recommendations as well as the response from FAS Deputy Commissioner Kevin Youel Page.
