The Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) strategic solution is proposing the following minimum task order and sales requirements for vendors wishing to continue beyond the base contract period. Note: a vendor is only required to meet either the task order requirement or the sales requirement, not both. The exact language in the RFP may differ.

Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation -

During the initial five-year period of its contract, for the Contracting Officer to consider exercising its option, an awarded vendor must achieve EITHER:

• 3 Task Orders

OR

• $325,000 in Sales

Unrestricted Solicitation -

During the initial five-year period of its contract, for the Contracting Officer to consider exercising its option, an awarded vendor must achieve EITHER:

• 5 Task Orders

OR

• $1,250,000 in Sales
