Hello Industry Partners,

We would like to thank you for taking the time to respond to the HCaTS Draft RFP.  We received nearly 600 responses!

As you have seen in previously posted blogs, we have made some significant changes to the Unrestricted Contract Vehicle (HCaTS) and the Small Business Contract Vehicle (HCaTS SB) RFP based on industry feedback to the Draft RFP. The document attached to this blog contains answers to almost all of the questions that we received from industry (prior to April 15th) about the Draft RFP. As we continue to develop the RFP, some of the answers provided in this document may change. We anticipate being able to provide more complete responses as we approach the release of the final RFP.

Please note that we will be releasing updated versions of Sections C, M and L on FedBizOpps (FBO), as well as information pertaining to Past Performance Evaluations and Project-level Task Orders. All updates will be provided via Interact as well, so, keep checking this site on a regular basis for the most up-to-date information about the HCaTS contract solution.

If you have any feedback relating to this acquisition solution, please submit them directly to hcatsquestions@gsa.gov.  Once again, thank you for participating in the HCaTS and HCaTS SB RFP.
