The Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Management and Operations (MOPS) Handbook provides an overview of all post-award related processes, such as ordering, Task Order administration, billing, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, and disputes. The Handbook is not intended as a stand-alone reference – we recommend that the reader become familiar with the EIS contracts and other EIS guides, handbooks and videos that address acquisition planning, transition, pricing, services and systems.

The Amendment #16 update to J.2.10.3.1.2 Primary Data Element changed the element name "street_number" from a numeric data type with 10 characters to an alphanumeric data type with 15 characters.
