• Identify the impacts of new identity management policies and mandates
• Explore emerging technologies and use cases in the identity management space
• Align the delivery of the Core Services contract with USAccess customer agencies’ ICAM initiatives
• Develop a roadmap with milestones to enhance the MSO business model and services under the Core Services contract
