It is an essential element in acquiring commercial items and provides information to the ordering activity in understanding the requirement and what is available in the commercial marketplace. This information-packed seminar will be filled with tips, techniques and practical examples of how to conduct market research to target and refine your products/services searches to fulfill your agency’s unique requirements.

Overview on Assisted Acquisition Service: Presented by Brandy Massingale 
AAS helps customers with simple solutions as well as complex, unique procurements that require a high level of acquisition expertise. After working with customers to identify their requirements, AAS project managers collaborate with Contracting Officers in the FAS Acquisition Operations Division (AOD) to ensure that a procurement is complete and on-schedule throughout the acquisition process.
