GSA has added 10 new Special Item Numbers to the Human Capital Management and Administrative Support Services Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 738 X to make it easier to access Human Capital Services and align with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Human Capital Business Reference Model (HC BRM). Restoring the original scope of the acquisition vehicle while enhancing the current SIN 595-21, each new SIN reflects a Human Capital Management sub-category within OPM’s HC BRM framework and supports government-wide Human Capital Category Management goals.
