    GSA industry partners are encouraged to attend a very important refresher training on the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) policy and compliance. The Trade Agreement Act is the enabling statute that implements numerous multilateral and bilateral international trade agreements and other trade initiatives. The Trade Agreements Act applies to all GSA Schedules. In accordance with the TAA, only U.S.-made or TAA designated country end products shall be offered and sold under Schedule contracts.
