    Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) offers a new online training session on Thursday, February 16th. By registering for the MAS training online, you will be given the chance to earn a training certificate with credit toward warrant requirements. You will also learn about the benefits of the MAS program, acquisition life cycle, and acquisition strategies using GSA Schedules.     Section 1331 of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 authorized discretionary use of set-asides against multiple award contracts (i.e. Multiple Award Schedules).  This includes setting-aside orders to 8(a) contractors. The provision did not authorize the use of sole-sourcing under the various small business programs.
