    Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) Senior Procurement Analyst Tommy Benton continues his Schedules vs. Open Markets video series from the 2012 GSA Expo. This video focuses on FAR Parts 8.4, 13, 15, and 51 and their applicability.  Tommy points out key selling points in each key FAR section, like Far 8.4 applicability and how the terms and conditions for a Schedule contractor are available online via eTools while also offering flexibilities to agencies by allowing them to add terms and conditions that may be unique to a specific agency.

Thank you to all of the members who have joined and participated in the Multiple Award Schedules Interact Group over the past year and a half!
