All economic price adjustments (EPAs) in Schedule contracts are made in accordance with clause I-FSS-969 or clause 52.216-70, depending on whether the contract pricing is based on a commercial list price or not. Take a look at your Schedule contract to determine which clause applies to your contract. Once you determine which clause applies, read the clause to see what is expected under that clause (i.e. basis, frequency, and timing of EPAs). That should give you a good idea as to what is allowed and what the CO is looking for in terms of processing the EPA.

Thank you for your quick response!  I am aware of what the contract expectation and requirements are however, I don't believe the C/O is.  Please share the same information with him.

I tried to register for this training but it requires me to have an account in FAITAS, which requires me to be a government employee (.gov email account). How, as a customer, can I participate without being able to register through FAITAS?

Is it possible you were trying to resister instead for Customer Training: Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Consolidation Overview which does require supervisory approval in FAITAS?

To facilitate a smooth rollout, the MAS Consolidation Mass Mod will be released during a two week period. Most Schedule contractors can expect to receive an email about the Mass Modification dated Jan. 31 to Feb. 14. If you belong to an excepted group please see special instructions in the post. Contractors must accept this Mass Mod by July 31, 2020 - failure to do so will result in offerings no longer being accessible on GSA eTools. Read the full Interact post to see the Mass Mod release schedule.

Attention industry partners selling water-efficient products! GSA is enhancing the process it uses to identify EPA WaterSense-certified products on GSAAdvantage! WaterSense products help federal agencies achieve the water consumption goals and sustainable purchasing requirements of Executive Order 13834 and FAR Part 23. Under the previous process, contractors had to manually select the WaterSense icon in the Schedule Input Program (SIP) and GSA contracting officers had to review and approve the designation(s).
