What makes an online shopping experience pleasurable?  When you don’t have to wade through a bunch of stuff you don’t want to get the stuff that matters to you.  How is that done?  Understanding our users and their buying patterns.  GSA Advantage! doesn’t do that now, but don’t you think it should?

Recently, while reviewing a business plan, I came across the following bullets of Why Agencies use Multiple Award Schedules.  I thought I would share it with this community for the benefit of our GSA Schedule contractors to use when visiting with a federal agency.  It is also meant to be helpful to any federal agencies that may visit our website.  Such bullets are good conversation starters.  We suggest that if a federal agency shows more interest in the GSA Schedules Program, than you the contractor feel comfortable answering, that you contact your business manangement specialist or contra

Yesterday I got a call from a very nice guy asking me some questions and trying to see if a GSA Contract would be worth pursuing for his customer. He specifically asked me how many government contracts go through the GSA, and I didn't know the exact answer, so I did some research.
