GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories is pleased to announce that the OASIS Small Business (SB) Pool 1, 3 and 4 and the OASIS SB 8(a) Subpools solicitation has also been released on FedBizOpps.

On November 26, 2019, the General Services Administration’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories awarded contracts to the top 40 vendors to the OASIS Small Business (SB) Pool 1 contract whose proposals were rated using the Highest Technically Rated Offerors with a Fair and Reasonable Price approach.

GSA is pleased to announce that the OASIS Discovery Market Research Tool is now available on the OASIS web page!  This new tool provides unprecedented acquisition planning and market research support to customers and agencies looking to fulfill their requirements for Professional Services through the OASIS Program.

Today, GSA, our customers, and our industry partners have much to celebrate -- two years ago, GSA awarded OASIS and OASIS SB to provide federal agencies a flexible and innovative solution for their complex professional services requirements.
