Hi Jim,Good to see you at the PSC/Tech America event last week. My question today is:Is it correct to assume that the 5 past performance examples full & open primes need to show 4 of the 5 funcitional areas to be a qualified example?Thanks....Read More

That is correct. For the full and open OASIS procurement, primes will need to show 4 of the 5 core disciplines within each example. For the OASIS SB procurement, primes will need to show 3 of the 5 core disciplines within each example....Read More

Jim,Will the government accept Direct Award Task Orders to a contractor (from a contract vehicle that another prime owns) as an acceptable past performance example for the full & open requirements? Thanks.

Thanks for the question. If I understand the question correctly, based upon the words “from a contract vehicle that another prime owns”, you are talking about a subcontract, which would not be acceptable as a past performance example....Read More

As follow on to Stephanie's question:At the contract/BPA level - will GSA allow a contractor to submit a proposal response as a Prime and also as a subcontractor to another prime? Thanks.

Welcome Back!Thank you for this feedback. Our firm concurs with this approach; however the draft review will depend on the breadth of the documents. Allowing 4 weeks for the review process should be sufficient.

The OASIS Team is always soliciting input on our contracts. Recently, we received feedback from federal agency representatives that OASIS would potentially be an even more attractive contract vehicle if it included a geographic pricing structure.
