The purpose is to encourage with CFO Act agencies to adopt Acquisition Review Boards and Peer Reviews as a best practice for services and run similar processes for by endorsing strategies or including specific direct requirements in Office of Management and Budget Circular A-11.

The webinar and shared resources supports the governmentwide category management initiative to make smarter and more efficient buying decisions.
