<p>I have spent 14 years selling to the Federal and Military and the past 20 years helping mostly small businesses sell more to Federal/Military customers. </p><p>I am building a list of contact intormation for Smartpay cardholders. GSA's Smartpay office tells me they don't have such a list, so I am , online and through the Freedom of Information Act, building a list of Smartpay card holders. </p><p>I would be grateful for any advice, suggestions, etc. you all might have that would educate me and help me do a better job at helping small companies not fail at selling to the Federal and Military. I have read too many reports on how various parts of the government and DOD have not met their goals at increasing purchasing from small businesses.
