Upcoming Solicitation Refresh #32/Mass Modification for 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS): Incorporation of changes to SIN 520 20 Data Breach Response and Identity Protection Services

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) is planning to refresh the 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS) on or about August 29, 2018.   This update will implement various changes and provide clarification to the supporting requirements, Document 1A and Document 2, in support of SIN 520-20 Data Breach and Identity Protection Services, also known as the IPS SIN.

Please see Attachment 1 for an overview of the planned changes.   Attachment 2 contains the following updates: 1) additional proposal requirements applicable to SIN 520-20 offers and modification requests and 2) specific task order level requirements associated with providing services under SIN 520-20.

GSA FAS will host a public webinar to provide interested parties an opportunity to learn about revisions made to both Document 1A and Document 2. The webinar will be in a listen-only format with the ability for participants to type questions via an online chat function. For those interested in hearing more, the webinar information is provided below.

GSA FAS will issue a bilateral modification to incorporate the planned changes into existing contracts.  Multiple Award Schedule contractors will have 90 days to accept the mass modification.
