Upcoming Solicitation Refresh #28/Mass Modification for 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS): Incorporation of SIN Changes to Redefine Data Breach Response and Identity Protection Services (IPS)

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is planning to refresh the 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS) in October 2017.  This update will implement various changes to the scope of Special Item Numbers (SINs) 520-16, 520-17, and 520-20 as well as delete SINs 520-18 and 520-19 in order to redefine data breach response and identity protection services under PSS.


Please see Attachment 1 for an overview of the planned changes and Attachments 2 and 3 which contain 1) additional proposal requirements applicable to SIN 520-20 offers and modification requests and 2) specific task order level requirements associated with providing services under SIN 520-20.

IMPORTANT: Refresh #28 and the associated mass modification will also make participation in the Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) Pilot voluntary. For more information on the changes related to TDR, please click here to read the August 17, 2017 GSA Interact Notice.   


GSA FAS will host a public webinar to provide interested parties an opportunity to learn about the redefined data breach response and identity protection services under PSS.  The webinar will be in a listen-only format with the ability for participants to type questions via an online chat function.  The webinar information is provided below.

GSA FAS will issue a bilateral modification to incorporate the planned changes into existing contracts.  Multiple Award Schedule contractors will have 90 days to accept the mass modification.
