Summary Feedback from MAS Contractor Focus Groups & RFI

The Common Catalog Platform (CCP) will be a modern, web-based user interface that makes it easier for GSA contractors to manage their catalogs. The CCP will ultimately replace the Schedule Input Program (SIP) for our Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractors.

 

To design the CCP with our users in mind, we hosted MAS contractor focus groups and issued a Request for Information last fall. Attached below is a summary of the feedback we received, with the main themes being:

  • Improving system accessibility and user friendliness
  • Reducing submission complexity
  • Increasing vendor support
  • Increasing automation

As we refine our requirements and future workflows, we continue to be interested in the perspective of our MAS contract holders.
