Last Thursday, the Integrated Award Environment hosted our quarterly Stakeholder Forum for a record number of participants. Nearly 600 attendees joined to learn about the upcoming retirement of FBO.gov and the transition of federal opportunity listings into beta.SAM.gov.
As highlighted during the program, once complete the FBO.gov transition will mark the third IAE system to retire and move into beta.SAM.gov, joining CFDA.gov and WDOL.gov (and the fourth IAE system to retire recently with PPIRS having merged into CPARS.gov). This will make beta.SAM.gov the authoritative source for assistance listings, wage determinations, and (starting this November) federal opportunities.
FBO.gov will retire and opportunities will be transitioned into beta.SAM.gov during the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend starting at 8 p.m. EDT on Friday, November 8, 2019. The transition will be complete at 8 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, November 12.
You can find a copy of the Stakeholder Forum presentation deck attached to this post and listen to the program here.
The answers to the questions that were asked during the program are attached here in PDF format.
