GSA published a Federal Register notice (80 FR 15011) on March 20, 2015requesting feedback on a proposed class deviation to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to address common Commercial Supplier Agreement terms that are inconsistent with or create ambiguity with Federal law.

In order to facilitate discussion of the proposed class deviation, the GSA Office of Acquisition Policy is publishing a preliminary version of the deviation text to the Interact community. GSA intends to enact the class deviation, after consideration of comments submitted in response to the Federal Register notice, on May 5, 2015.
