Summary of Planned Changes
The attached draft significant changes document outlines the changes that will be made in this refresh, including:
What Actions Should I Take
If you are a contractor currently working on an offer, please accept refresh #1 prior to submitting your offer. If you have already submitted an offer under MAS, please work with your assigned contracting specialist or officer to accept refresh #1 prior to award.
There is no impact to current Schedule holders in this refresh. The updates made in refresh #1 will be reflected in the Mass Mod issued to current contractors in January 2020.
We highly encourage current contractors to tune in to our upcoming webinar dedicated to refresh #1. The webinar will include a question and answer session, giving you the opportunity to get answers directly from GSA’s subject matter experts.
