On Tuesday, September 15, the U.S. General Services Administration’s Integrated Award Environment hosted an online Stakeholder Forum webinar. With more than 260 participants, the program focused on the end of the transition period for FPDS reports moving to beta.SAM.gov and training resources to help users prepare for the change.
Starting on October 17, 2020, contract data reports will only be available on beta.SAM.gov. Reports will no longer be available at FPDS.gov. Only the reports function of FPDS is moving to beta.SAM.gov--the rest of FPDS functionality will remain in place.
IAE’s Communications Lead Ken Goldman led a presentation deck and discussion about the progress of beta.SAM.gov to-date, including the upcoming FPDS reports transition; and Agile product owner Charles Xia and Business Intelligence Specialist Arda Odabasio answered questions and demonstrated some of the new reports functionality that is available in beta.SAM.gov now.
A copy of the slide deck presentation is attached and available for download to this post (below). And the program itself can be heard, in its entirety, here.
Please stay tuned to the IAE space here on Interact for more information about all of the IAE systems, including beta.SAM.gov - as well as for details about future events.
