Please take time to read this memo from the White House written by Dan Gordon, Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy.  This is the type of information that can help you enter into meaningful dialogue with your prospects.  As Mr. Gordon states in the memo, "Early, frequent, and constructive engagement with industry is especially important".  In order to enter into constructive communication with your customers, make sure you're staying tuned into the priorities of the federal government.  Use the resources provided in this site to read all you can about your target markets, their challenges, and future plans.
