Would your agency be more likely to purchase off a GSA strategic sourcing contract if surcharges were lowered?

During recent congressional testimony, GSA Administrator Dan Tangherlini announced that GSA is investigating the possibility of the agency lowering some of its surcharges on its various contracts in an effort to make its product and service offerings more attractive to agencies. This would include changes to all of its current and future FSSI agreements, including Print Management.
