ServCorp has held an MAS for over 5 years which was awarded with the selling price to the GSA at mark up from cost. Suddenly, with the last EPA mod I submitted just a few months ago, the existing C/O insisted that I include the list price for each item and provide the selling price based on discount from list.
The problem is that not ALL of the products we sell have a list price. Additionally, we have not received any mods for this contract which changes the terms & conditions. I also have great difficulty in getting responses from the C/O.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
