What does "going green" mean to you and how can the government help create true awareness about the concept rather than generate superficial buzz around the term itself?

<p>Being less dependent on paper products.&nbsp; We have the ability to create digital copies in various programs, and yet we continue to print out originals to which we make copies so we can file them for a designated amount of time, only to shred them after that period has expired.&nbsp; Most of the time these documents are never viewed and sit idle in filing cabinets collecting dust and inviting paper mites and other various pulp loving insects, which brings up another green issue with pest control.</p><p>If a document can be created digitally,why not keep it digital except in the case where it absolutely has to be a printed copy.</p>
