If a GSA  Schedule holder has a teaming agreement with another GSA schedule holder, whose Category Number applies when bidding?  Can the teaming member use the primary's Category Number when bidding if they do not have the category number on their GSA schedule?  For example,  the primary has category numbers of 132-33 and 132-34 and the teaming member has a category number of 132-51 (but not 132-33 and 132-34).  Can the teaming member bid for an item under the primary's category number if they do not have that number on their GSA Schedule?

Some great ideas to possibly explore.  The Canadian government seems to be ahead of us in the quest to become green.  We can all learn from their examples.
