The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is planning to issue GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 - Refresh # 5 and an associated mass modification (mass mod) to all existing contracts in November 2020.

This change to DocuSign aligns with GSA’s overall IT modernization efforts to support security and provide a solution that is legally recognized internationally.

    More than 95 percent of current Schedule contractors have already signed the Jan. 31, 2020 Mass Modification (Mass Mod) updating current contracts to conform with the terms and conditions of GSA’s new consolidated Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). The MAS PMO is dedicated to regularly updating the information we provide to our industry partners and our customers. We hope the resources listed in the post will help answer any questions you still have about the Mass Mod and assist with buying decisions.

    The Heartland Acquisition Center is planning to conduct a survey of customers who place orders on GSA Advantage! to product based Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractors with Special Item Number (SINs) 332510C Hardware Store, Home Improvement Center, Industrial or General Supply Store, or Industrial Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Distributor - Catalog.  The survey start date is planned for on or about November 9, 2020 and will last for 60 days. Not all customers who place orders will receive a survey.
