    I was under the impression that the OASIS Large and OASIS SB would come out under different timeframes instead of both on the same day.  Is the still the case or will both come out together?

    The contracts will be issued and awarded together.  We have maintained this from the beginning.

    Date:           July 24, 2013 Start Time:  11:00 a.m. ET End Time:   12:00 p.m. ET GSA has launched its government managed Reverse Auction Platform. It went live July 1, 2013, and is ready for use. This training will provide users of the system information on the benefits of using reverse auctioning to obtain quotes, prices paid data and level 3 agency spend data. It will also take users through the auction process utilizing the tool and offer a question and answer session.

    For the upcoming OS3 program, how should GSA procure office supplies Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS)?
