If a GSA  Schedule holder has a teaming agreement with another GSA schedule holder, whose Category Number applies when bidding?  Can the teaming member use the primary's Category Number when bidding if they do not have the category number on their GSA schedule?  For example,  the primary has category numbers of 132-33 and 132-34 and the teaming member has a category number of 132-51 (but not 132-33 and 132-34).  Can the teaming member bid for an item under the primary's category number if they do not have that number on their GSA Schedule?

The use of artificial flowers and trees are increasing at a rapid rate these days as these are much more beneficial then the real trees and flowers. As with the help of these artificial trees and flowers home owners and developers have been successful in preparing an everlasting look of the trees and flowers for their offices and home. It is often observed that some people have asthma or are allergic to real flowers or some specific trees therefore for these individual artificial trees are considered best and safe process.
